Of all the wonderful amenities planned at Southern Hills, it’s one of the simplest that is sure to make this community stand out as a special place. You can leave the car in the garage with miles of sidewalks and trails. Whether you just want to take a leisurely walk through the neighborhood or an invigorating hike off the road and up the hill.

All residential neighborhoods will be lined with generous sidewalks on both sides of the street, wide enough for couples to stroll side-by-side or the grandkids to ride bikes. These connect to an eight-foot-wide paved trail along the drive between the gatehouse and clubhouse. Several nature trails will lead off of the sidewalks into preserve areas, around lakes and up the hill along natural tributary streams.

This sidewalk and trail system will also play a big part in bringing the community together by drawing residents out of their homes and onto the streets to connect as friends and neighbors.
