Southern Hills is located approximately three miles south of downtown Brooksville on US 41 (Broad Street). Brooksville has convenient access from two freeway systems, I-75 and the Suncoast Parkway. I-75 offers easy connections to all of Florida’s major attractions. From Tampa: Go north on Suncoast Parkway. Take Exit 41 (Spring Hill Dr.) and turn right, heading east. Take Spring Hill Dr. and turn left on US 41N. Southern Hills Plantation Club is on the right, just past Powell Rd. From I-75: Take the Brooksville exit (#301) and travel west on Highway 50/98.
